What the tools process

Tools process the short search query, creative brief, starter IDs and build measurements you explicitly provide. These inputs are used in request memory to search a fixed catalog or create an authored checklist. They are not stored in an application database, sent to a model API or used for advertising or profiling.

Network and third parties

Cloudflare processes network information such as IP address and request metadata to deliver and secure this service. A short-lived Cloudflare rate limiter uses the connecting address to bound request volume. This service disables Worker invocation logs and adds no analytics cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. Platform infrastructure metadata remains subject to Cloudflare service settings and policies. OpenAI processes conversations and plugin use under its own policies.

Viewing thumbnails or following a free download link makes a request to the 3ditions website and its infrastructure, under that site’s privacy notice. The plugin does not perform those downloads on your behalf or pass creative briefs in the links.

Retention and controls

The application retains tool arguments only for the lifetime of a request and has no stored query-history deletion process because it does not create a query history. Infrastructure rate-limiting state is short-lived; provider infrastructure records follow provider settings. Support correspondence is received through our Gmail address and processed by Google; it is kept only as needed for support and applicable obligations. Contact us to request access or deletion of support correspondence. Avoid personal data and secrets in tool inputs; remove the plugin connection in ChatGPT or Codex to stop using it.
